Now that I’m trying to blog more regularly, I just find myself sitting at my desk in front of the computer for so many hours. My desk is a mess right now, that’s why this post came about! My desk situation just made me think of the must-have office supplies for bloggers and content creators like myself.
Our work environment really does have an effect on our productivity. The little work space doesn’t have a lot of room so I tend to have supplies that help me organize and maximize the space that I have.
I put together this “must-have office supplies” list for my fellow desk dwellers. I think you will find these so helpful! Of course, you can customize these to your aesthetic, I like a lot of cutesy items just because they tend to help with my mood.
1. Monitor Memo Board
These are just so convenient if you’re a sticky note fanatic! With blogging and content creating, it seems like we have a million things we need to do for our blogs and social media and these help so much with keeping our thoughts in one place so we don’t lose them (haha). These boards attach to either side of your monitor so you can stick your notes on there and not worry about misplacing them.
2. Pop-up Note Dispenser
So I have post-its everywhere and a dispenser like this is such a quick and easy way to reduce that part of the clutter. This one is just too cute to not add on the list. FYI: this is compatible with the accordion or “pop-up” post its. This would make such a cute gift for a cat lover too.
3. Wrist Rest Set
This is a definite must have if you suffer from aches and being uncomfortable from using your computer for long periods of time. So they’re ergonomically designed to support your wrists and ease pain when working on your computer for too long.
4. Cute Notebooks
Ok, this is a no judgement zone. Who else has a TON of cute notebooks lying around? I seem to fall victim to picking up a new one whenever I walk pass the office section of any store. I always convince myself that I need it for something. But guess what? As content creators, we actually do! Whether if it’s for gratitude journaling or jotting down post ideas, there’s just something about writing it on paper that’s really satisfying for me.
5. Bling Pens
If you’re asking what bling pens are, they’re nothing but regular pens but prettier. You have to have pretty pens to write in your cute notebooks with! Duh.
6. Ceramic Pen Holder
You should have seen this one coming. Where are you gonna put your pretty pens that you write on your pretty journal with? A pretty pen holder, of course! No seriously, imagine how cute these would look on your desk.
7. Desk Letter Sorter
So useful in keeping the clutter off your desk space! You can throw your notebooks in there for easy access and organization. Can’t have a must-have office supplies list without an organizer such as this one.
8. Gold Stamped Inspirational Cards
No one loves inspiration quotes more than bloggers and content creators. That’s a fact. It’s like fuel for us. Isn’t it? So if that’s the case, these inspirational cards are definitely a must have if we’re trying to find ways to keep us motivated and increase our productivity.

I have a mouse pad that has a wrist support. It really helped get rid of the pain (and occasional numbness) in my wrist. I would love to have some pretty notebooks, but my handwriting is not that pretty even though it is legible. The post it pad holder looks cute too.
